  I've got to say that I've never disliked a cut of meat from this establishment! With that said I'd like to point out that my wild game sat in limbo for five months with tall tales that it would b ready by next week and yet it never was. I've since picked up my game unfinished with a full refund on down payment but will no longer be shopping at this butcher.

  I took a mule deer to dressed to grill to get processed. I dropped off the animal clean and skinned. Everything looked ok covered in brown wrap but.
  What I got back was shocking when I started to open the packages. None of the fat or silver connective tissue was trimmed or cleaned. Nothing was deboned. also I specifically asked for a neck roast and what I got was instead of a deboned and tied neck roast was. The neck, spine and spinal cord was still intact with the throat (esophagus) still in! Just liked it was all cut through a band saw frozen. Also the labeling was a hint somebody didn't know what they were doing. For example the brisket was labeled deer breast. Like you would call a chicken or fowl. I was very disappointed and have not returned for any products. I have lived in Mission my whole life and am a avid meat cutter myself as I hunt throughout the year.
