  The food was good... A little over priced for the portion size but pretty good. I have been to several locations of this chain. The service at this location was less than what I have come to expect. The waiter couldn't remember that not only did I order coffee but that I had asked for lots of cream. So I asked again and he pointed to the plate of sugar and cream that he brought one of my friends.... Oh you can just share. 2 people were already sharing the 5 cream left on the plate leaving me with a single cream. A few minutes later the waiter comes back and I again ask for more cream. He brings me 4 more. I made do with less cream than I normally take for that cup. I get a refill on my coffee and I yet again have to ask for more cream.... He brings me 2!!!!! Forcing me to yet again ask for more... I tell him very nicely that I prefer 5-6 cream in my coffee so he returns with exactly 4 more which he counted out as he gave them to me. I just found this treatment to be rude and completely unnecessary! He should have just brought me my own plate of cream when he brought me my first coffee instead of making me basically beg for it.

  Been there a few times and always get the same thing so I know exactly what I want. Was seated and then instantly left my menu on the side of the table as if I was ready to order. Waited about 15 minutes to have my order taken and then finally she came to take it. I ordered a simple rice bowl.. Ended up waiting 40 minutes for it until my waitress asked me if I got it yet.. I told her "no" so she went to check. Came back and told me that it would only be another 2 minutes. I waited about 5 until I asked if I could get it to go. A few more minutes passed and finally got it in a to go container. While the girl took our payment she just chatted to us as if this was the norm. I was kind of surprised that she charged us full price for what we got. Had it been a decent restaurant, they wouldn't of charged us as it would of kept our future business.

  Chain restaurant with cliché menu. Nice fireplace on patio, doesn't feel like you're sitting outside of Mcdonalds even though you are. Large nachos are pathetic.

  Much better than expected pub food.
  Bar, table, and booth seating.
  Many sports TVs, but they aren't intrusive.
  Accessibility: Very good (bathrooms too)

  For a social house to have ZERO craft brews and a staff that knows nothing but BUD LITE! This place sucks. tiny portions of mediocre fair, but as much Bud Lite water as you care to flush your system with. Staff is "So Blonde" and I'm pretty sure the owners are padding the reviews cause this place is not good, and Mission has plenty of better places to eat and socialize! Embers, Springs, Rocco's etc.
